- The Crucible is an innovative and essential two-day training program that has been specifically developed for Warriors. Its main objective is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate through the uncertainties of the future, while instilling them with a sense of certainty, confidence, and empowerment. This transformative program focuses on helping individuals not only learn and grow, but also excel in their ability to lead effectively.
Warriors frequently encounter a challenging predicament wherein they find themselves caught, ensnared, and immobilized within a recurring cycle of fear, scarcity, and isolation. This state of being disconnected from their loved ones, spiritual beliefs, and self-awareness poses a significant problem for them.
