By accessing the website at www.warriorsgrace.org or participating in any programs offered by Warriors Grace Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

"The Experience" (including The Crucible) is a high-intensity physical, mental, and spiritual training program.

• Assumption of Risk: Participation involves physical activity and emotional stress. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are in adequate physical health to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the program.
• Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to "The Code" (Show Up, Don’t Quit, Do The Work, Lead With Love, Trust The Process). We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates safety protocols or organizational values.

• Donations: All donations to Warriors Grace Inc. are voluntary and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is generally tax-deductible; please consult a tax professional.
• Enrollment Fees: All fees paid for "The Experience" or other coaching programs are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, credit toward a future program may be granted at the sole discretion of Warriors Grace Inc. leadership.

• Warriors Grace Inc. is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this website, including "The Code," logos, and program outlines, is the property of Warriors Grace Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without express written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
